My new favorite thing to do

Recently I came upon and photography method "Tilt Shifting." I was instantly hooked, that was until I found out how much the equipment would cost me for my camera. But wait, I'm crafty, through my internet searching I found a website (link is on my page) that will take a picture that I uploaded and make it look like it was "Tilt-shifted." (I did the Cabagge Patch dance!)

This is the before pic.

And this is the after.

Don't the people and the cars look like toys?

Ooo two blogs in one night! Whatever ♥

Let me keep this ball rolling

Although technically it is two days later from when I put up my first post, it is day two of me working on it. Ive accomplished a lot so far, I managed to redesign my header title and in the process I created a logo for my blog, I also bought my domain name, and I tried but failed miserably at putting a blog button on my site.

I know cute, I threw in the feather.

Most of my time has been spent researching blog designing and how to use Adobe Photoshop to create titles. The unfortunate part of that is that I have Adobe Photoshop 4.0 and all the tutorials are using 8.0. If anyone can help me out, I'd gladly use the assistance.

Perhaps one day I will get it. Whatever ♥

Dear future readers of 2040

Ok, how should I start this?...I don't think I'll ever finish this blog. It took me 4 hours just to put my title header on this effin blog. If it took me that long just to do that, I can't even imagine how long it will take me to type up posts and add pictures to them. So that is why I am addressing this blog post to the future readers that will finally get to read this blog when I am done.

Just kidding! No, really it did take me that long, but I taught myself how. I didn't need any fancy web designer or a computer geek either. Which leads me to why I started this blog. I am crafty (and not in the Beastie Boys kinda way.) I can do anything from changing the oil in my car to knitting you a sweater all while baking a lasagna. I will post pictures of my crafts (both finshed and in progress) and chit chat about my daily life, including Yankee baseball and other obsessions of mine.

I hope you enjoy my blog and if you don't I know a few things in Spanish I can tell you or refer to my blog title. Whatever! ♥
